Horizons Community Blog (Colville, WA)

At the Horizons board meeting, we did the following:

1. Organized our board and operating procedures
2. Implemented a system of priority and initial plan for Training Fund use
3. Outlined a Focus Team Summit event to reconnect horizons members with focus teams and institute lines of communication between the community, focus teams, and the Horizons board.
